Obedience brings blessings; disobedience has consequences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to Psychology Today, the average person makes 35,000 choices daily. As Christ-followers, we have 35,000 opportunities a day to choose Godly wisdom or worldly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Knowing what the scriptures teach helps us apply the Lord\u2019s wisdom to life. If we don\u2019t know what God\u2019s word says, we can\u2019t apply it to our choices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI could say I didn\u2019t see the email, but then I would be lying.\u201d\u00a0 Receiving an early morning request for help, my human nature wanted to unsee the words. God wants us to develop integrity, not deceit. Once known, we can\u2019t unknow something.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Living for God means choosing Him repeatedly, not only in the big but also in the small ones. God blesses our efforts and numbers our days.<\/p>\n\n\n Lord, forgive us when we make poor decisions. Thank You for giving us life to the fullest as we follow and obey You.\u00a0 Help us make life-giving decisions today based on Your word. In all things, let us honor and serve You. IJNIP.
