<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\nDaily Reading: <\/strong>Leviticus 27:14-<\/strong><\/a>Numbers 1:54<\/a>,<\/strong> Mark 11:1-26<\/strong><\/a>, Psalm 46:1-11<\/strong><\/a>Proverbs 10:23<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Daily Verse: <\/strong>\u201cDoing wrong is like a joke to a fool, but wisdom is pleasure to a man of understanding.\u201d Prov. 10:23<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Activity reveals character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Watching a fictional show about car racing, one driver nudged the opponent\u2019s car, causing him to spin out and lose the race. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cIs that legal?\u201d I asked Ron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cNo, but people do it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Causing another person to crash to win a race says a lot about the driver\u2019s character. For the fool in today\u2019s verse, they consider evil conduct sport. Winning a race by cheating doesn\u2019t constitute victory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Understanding comes with wisdom, which knows how you play the game matters more than who wins or loses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Character develops one good decision at a time. Consistently doing the right thing repeatedly develops strong character and helps us become more Christ-like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Seek wisdom and understanding. Let God\u2019s guidance and directions develop a Christ-like character in you.<\/p>\n\n\n Lord, forgive us for our poor choices. Help us develop Christ-like character as we consistently choose You.
