Does their faithlessness<\/em> nullify the faithfulness of God?\u201d (Romans 3:3 ESV<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n APISTEO (569): <\/strong>\u201cTo be unbelieving and is translated disbeliever implying that the unbeliever has had a full opportunity of believing and has rejected it.\u201d[i]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Rejected belief.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Paul brings up an interesting point, God\u2019s faithfulness versus humans. Everyone has moments of faithlessness, even me. But God never does. When we doubt, God remains faithful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n In my mind, I hear my mother\u2019s voice, \u201cYe of little faith.\u201d She said the words to me when I doubted God. Her words made me pause and think every time she said them. \u201cWhat does she know I don\u2019t know?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n My mother\u2019s devout faith grew from her earthly struggles. Unexpectedly losing her father at five during the 1930\u2019s depression, mom knew hardship. Grandma sold eggs and took in laundry to make ends meet. They never went without food or shelter, but they had a rugged path to walk. From her challenges, mom\u2019s faith grew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n God never leaves.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n What my mother learned amid her darkest days, God never left her. He remained faithful when she doubted. Decades later, her enduring faith made it easy to say, \u201cYe of little faith,\u201d to her daughter, who had little experience with life’s difficulties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n God\u2019s always faithful, especially when we doubt. From our perspective, God seems inactive, but He\u2019s not. The Creator’s plan began unfolding long ago and will continue through eternity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n In a world of self-entitlement, people struggle to realize that the earth doesn\u2019t revolve around them. Just because someone doesn\u2019t get what they want or think they deserve doesn\u2019t mean God doesn\u2019t care. None of us deserve anything we have. All sinners, the penalty remains the same, death. But Jesus paid the price so we could live life condemnation free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Remember my mother\u2019s words when you doubt, \u201cYe of little faith.\u201d God will bring you through the storm. Just because you doubt doesn\u2019t mean God\u2019s not with you. Give the situation time; you\u2019ll look back one day and understand.
