THEOS (2316): <\/strong>\u201cA deity, the supreme Divinity; fig., a magistrate.  In the polytheism of the Greeks denoted an \u2018a god or deity.  Appropriated by Jews and retained by Christians to denote \u2018the one true God.\u201d In the OT, \u201cGod\u201d comes from the Hebrew words Elohim and Jehovah, the former indicating His power and pre-eminence, the later His unoriginated, immutable, eternal, and self-sustained existence.  In the NT, these and all the other divine attributes are predicated of Him.\u201d[I]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everything starts with God<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People will argue until their dying breath, God doesn\u2019t exist, but that\u2019s not the truth. God created everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIn the beginning\u00a0God created\u00a0the heavens\u00a0and the earth.\u201d (Genesis 1:1 ESV<\/a>)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other theories exist about how the world began, but none proved.  Our existence depends on God\u2019s creativity; each morning begins because God allows the sun to rise.  You live because God gives you breath.  Everything starts with God.  First, He created the world; then God made man.  Without the Big Guy, none of us would live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eternal and self-sustained.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our human minds can\u2019t comprehend God\u2019s sovereignty completely.  An eternal being, God doesn\u2019t need us; we need Him.  Our forever life begins when we believe in God\u2019s existence.  God created us as an expression of His love.  Loving, worshiping, and serving Jesus becomes our gift to God. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Theology means how you view God. Each of us develops a belief system about the nature of God, which determines our relationship with Him.  If we think of God as cold and uncaring, our relationship will reflect the belief.  However, understanding God\u2019s unconditional love for you will draw you into a closer relationship with Him as you accept His affection into your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Believe God exists.  Pursue a relationship with your Creator.  Experience the love and mercy God offers.  Live life to the fullest today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
