God is the ultimate author.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our actions come from our thoughts.\u00a0 We either capture our thoughts, or they capture us.\u00a0 When God writes His thoughts into ours, He gains control.\u00a0 The bottom line is this, God\u2019s word never comes back void.\u00a0 When we are obedient to God, He blesses our efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of my favorite memories from my days at Nautica happened in the first year.  At a training, a few of us were enjoying the weather, sitting on the front porch of our hotel.  In Miami, we were oceanfront.  My roommate brought up faith, asking the group what our thoughts were on God.  Immediately, this verse ran through my mind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBut whoever denies me before men, I also will deny in heaven.\u201d  (<\/em>Matthew 10:33 ESV<\/em><\/a>)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

New on the job, not knowing any of these people; I couldn\u2019t believe the situation.\u00a0 Still young in my adult walk with the Lord, I didn\u2019t feel equipped to talk about Jesus.\u00a0 But I knew I couldn\u2019t lie because God would know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Embrace the message.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standing in a crowd, I felt very alone, but I cared more about what God thought than man.\u00a0 When my turn came to answer the question, I said: \u201cI love Jesus.\u201d\u00a0 What happened next was a moment I\u2019ll never forget.\u00a0 Tracy, who quickly became a friend, started preaching the gospel.\u00a0 \u201cAmen,\u201d he said, \u201cMy aunt thinks I\u2019m lost, but I ain\u2019t lost. Jesus found me a long time ago.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let God write on your hearts and minds.\u00a0 Spend time memorizing the passages that speak to your soul the most.\u00a0 We\u2019re all different.\u00a0 The verses that speak to me may not you, that\u2019s ok.\u00a0 Life is best when we become who we\u2019re meant to become and allow others to do the same.\u00a0 The more pages God fills in You, the more your life will blossom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let God\u2019s word lead your actions.  Replace your thoughts with His. Bloom today. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
