\nOne thing I have never claimed to be is a great theologian.\u00a0 Definitely not.\u00a0 I am, however, a woman who loves the Lord passionately.\u00a0 I am still learning how much He loves me.\u00a0 It’s amazing.
\nHe bought me a hot tub!\u00a0 Well, my husband actually bought it for me.\u00a0 God however gave us the means to buy it.\u00a0 Hence, God bought me a hot tub.
\nIt’s the why which is what amazes me.\u00a0 It’s not because we’re trying to keep up with the Jones’s.\u00a0 It’s because I couldn’t walk.\u00a0 Literally.\u00a0 For the past year, by the end of the day, I am limping in pain.\u00a0 I’ve been praying diligently I wouldn’t rupture my achilles.\u00a0 I’ve started doing yoga three times a week.\u00a0 I stopped playing tennis.
\nIt’s been bad.\u00a0 Worse than I realized.\u00a0 Do you know how I know that?\u00a0 Because Ron bought me a hot tub so I wouldn’t be in pain anymore.\u00a0 No lie.
\nWe went on vacation this summer for a week.\u00a0 The house we rented had a hot tub in it.\u00a0 I was doing a certification for tennis.\u00a0 We were on the court from 9:00 in the morning until 6:00 in the evening.\u00a0 Taught by a 74 year old\u00a0 Serbian who had just run his 43rd consecutive Boston Marathon.\u00a0 He didn’t know the meaning of the phrase, “water break”.
\nMy tennis partner suggested we get in the hot tub at the end of that first long day.\u00a0 So we did.\u00a0 As well as the next day and the next day and the next day.\u00a0 Every day but one while we were on vacation I got in the hot tub.
\nI would put my achilles up against the jet and let it massage the pain away.\u00a0 It was amazing.\u00a0 By the end of the week, for the first time in over a year, I was walking pain free.\u00a0 I couldn’t believe it.\u00a0 It felt so good.
\nWe came home from vacation on Sunday.\u00a0 Three days later, on Wednesday, Ron bought me a hot tub.\u00a0 \u00a0I told him I wanted to start thinking about getting one.\u00a0 I never thought we would get it so soon.\u00a0 I just wanted to go look.\u00a0 There were no intentions of\u00a0 buying one at all on my part.\u00a0 \u00a0Not Ron, he asked me which one I wanted and bought it.
\nRon bought me a hot tub so I wouldn’t be in pain anymore.\u00a0 I have never felt so loved before in my life.\u00a0 By Ron, but also by God.\u00a0 It’s answer to prayer for me.\u00a0 I’ve been praying for over a year for my achilles to be healed.\u00a0 I only have one job where I sit.\u00a0 All my other jobs, I’m on my feet.\u00a0 I’ve been asking God that I’ll be ready when he calls.\u00a0 Physically as well as spiritually.\u00a0 If someone needs help moving, I want to be able to do it.\u00a0 Here’s some examples:<\/p>\n
