Who are we? You are not grumbling against us, but against the Lord.\u201d (Exodus 16:8 GW)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entitlement causes grumbling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Right after Moses performs ten miraculous signs that cause Pharoah to release the Israelites from slavery, they start grumbling.&nbsp; Instead of working in horrible conditions, they are free to move into the promised land.&nbsp; But the Israelites aren\u2019t satisfied; they want more. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.merriam-webster.com\/dictionary\/entitlement\">Entitlement<\/a> is<em> the \u201c<\/em><em>belief that one is deserving of or entitled to certain privileges.<\/em><em>\u201d&nbsp; <\/em>The Israelites felt entitled; they believed they deserved more from God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I think the Israelites are a bunch of spoiled brats.&nbsp; Seriously, Moses parted the Red Sea on the way out of Egypt, and they don\u2019t believe God will feed them?
