They are women who rise early for their children.&nbsp; Before the sun is up, they begin taking care of their family: preparing breakfast, packing lunches, making sure everyone else wakes up on time for their day.&nbsp; Mom\u2019s are noble women, every one of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We live in a world where schedules vary.&nbsp; Now with COVID, Mom\u2019s roles are changing.&nbsp; No matter what is happening in life, one morning practice will help everything.&nbsp; Spend a few minutes talking to God in the morning.&nbsp; Ask Him for His help through your day.&nbsp; The easiest way, thank Him for waking you up early, then ask Him what He has for you today.&nbsp; As your day unfolds, so will His plan for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Create a reminder.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the back of my toilet is an embroidered little picture.&nbsp; Years ago, when I cross-stitched, I made a simple design.&nbsp; A rainbow sits behind these words:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>\u201cGood morning, this is God!&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>I will be handling all of your problems today.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>&nbsp;I will not need your help, so<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>HAVE A GOOD DAY!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Someone, years ago, sent me the above saying as a memo.\u00a0 What I love about the words, they\u2019re true.\u00a0 God is in control.\u00a0 All the worrying I do isn\u2019t going to change one thing.\u00a0 Praying is always positive.\u00a0 In our prayers, God\u2019s answer is the same, \u201cI got this!\u201d\u00a0 Now, the way He answers is up to Him.\u00a0 We don\u2019t have control of what God does.\u00a0 So we might as well not spend time trying to control Him.\u00a0 Instead, we can trust that whatever problem we\u2019re facing, He indeed does \u201cgot it,\u201d He doesn\u2019t need our help to come up with a solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I forget God doesn\u2019t need my help.&nbsp; I have an opinion about how He should answer. &nbsp; God is the Creator; He knows what He is doing.&nbsp; Nowhere in the Bible does it say we are supposed to understand everything He does.&nbsp; Nor does the good book say He needs our help, which is why, years ago, I cross-stiched a reminder to myself that I see first thing every morning.&nbsp; Nature calls every morning.&nbsp; I need reminded every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Time with God is the most productive thing you can do, no matter how long your \u201cTo Do\u201d list.&nbsp; Moments with the Creator set the tone for the day.&nbsp; You can lay down yesterday\u2019s troubles at His feet.&nbsp; As you do, He\u2019ll renew your strength for the day ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Question of the Day:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">What can you do to remind yourself, God\u2019s \u201cgot this\u201d in your life?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Further Reading:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Malachi%201&amp;version=NIV\">Malachi 1:1-2:17 NIV<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Revelation%2021&amp;version=NIV\">Revelation 21 NIV<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Psalm%20149&amp;version=NIV\">Psalm 149:1-9 NIV<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Proverbs%2031%3A10-24&amp;version=NIV\">Proverbs 31:10-24 NIV<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>4 minute read \u201cShe gets up while it is still night; she provides food for her family and portions for her female servants.\u201d (Provers 31:15 NIV) Get up early to provide.
